We are collecting items for the Scotland County Humane Society. They take in so many animals every week in need of a good family to take care of them. Since we can’t take them all in, the best we can do is help the animal shelter provide them with a clean, warm place to lay down, and keep their bellies full. We are collecting any kind of cat or dog food, Clorox, paper towels, blankets, toys, & any monetary donations. We need all donations by December 15, 2016 for distribution on December 16, 2016.
Also We will be collecting items for Toys for Tots. There are a lot of kids out there, whose families may not have the money to get them anything for whatever reason. Let’s try to put some Christmas cheer in these kids eye’s. We need all donations by December 12, 2016 for distribution of December 13, 2016.

PETS ON THE PROPERTY – All pets must be pre -approved before they are allowed on the property, even if they are just visiting. Please refer to your addendum for rules and regulations about pets. You will be fined $200 for each unauthorized pet that you allow in your apartment so please make sure to read and follow our Pet Policy.
PET WASTE – Pet stations are located on the grounds for your convenience. There is a $50 fee per occurrence for not cleaning up behind your pet. Please use the bags provided and tie them before placing them into the waste receptacle. It is not fair for our staff to get your pet’s waste on their hands while cleaning out the pet stations. We want to keep your environment as neat as possible so we have implemented a Pet Waste Rewards System to help keep our community clean. For any resident that will provide the leasing office proof of someone not cleaning up after their pet, we will split the $50 fine with them by providing a $25 credit towards rent. Please don’t make assumptions. We need proof such as a photograph of the act being committed.
Please make sure not to leave trash sitting in the stairways, patios, or porches. This can cause rodents & have a bad odor. Also no items are to be stored under the exterior common area stairways. Our stairways have to remain clear due to fire code.
